Last week I made a quick trip to the northern tip of Hayling Island to scout out the Hayling Billy Trail, a walk that follows in the footsteps of the long gone steam train that once carried passengers between the island and mainland.
One of the benefits of this blog is we are now getting out and seeing a lot more local sights; places around the corner that we didn’t even know existed. One such place is Langstone Harbour, just a few minutes away from Emsworth.
A difficulty I often have when capturing a particular scene is selecting which image to use. I’ll come back with several shots that I am pleased with but as I can only pick one what do I do with the rest? I struggle to delete them – am I being too precious with my work?
